We have developed this privacy policy for visitors of the website https://californiaauto.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), i.e., the California Auto online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

   • In the Store, we allow you to subscribe to our newsletter. In this context, cookies are used to embed the subscription form on our site and to measure the effectiveness of subscriptions through this form. Modern email marketing systems enable us to link the analytical data from our email campaigns with the analytical data from the Store. 5. Plugins and Links to Social Media
   
   • On our website, there are links to our profiles on social media: Facebook / Instagram. When you visit our profiles on a given platform, the owner of that platform—just like when redirecting users from one website to another—receives information that you have transitioned from our Store to those services.

6. Video
   
   • Some videos on our site are embedded using YouTube plugins (a service of Google) / Instagram plugins (belonging to Meta Platforms). When you play such a video on our site, Google / Instagram receives information from your browser, even if you do not have a Google/YouTube account or are not logged into Instagram. If you have previously logged into the mentioned service, the provider may associate the video playback directly with your profile.

   • If you want to prevent Google / Instagram from collecting information about your activities on our site, you can:

     • not play the video (we consider consent to play videos as consent for other videos on our site—until it is withdrawn, i.e., until you change your cookie settings).

The legal basis for the use of essential cookies by the Store (as indicated above in the section "What cookies do we use?") is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to operate a website that supports our business and the necessity to ensure its security.

Our use of cookies, particularly for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. It depends on whether we are dealing with "persistent" or "session" cookies. #What data do we process and for what purposes?

Providing the above data by you is not mandatory; however, it is necessary to fulfill your order, issue an invoice, notify you about the status of your order, respond to your inquiry or complaint, etc.

# How long do we process data?

We process your data related to placing an order in the Store for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, as well as according to accounting and tax regulations.

In addition, we will process the data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above in the table (thus until our legitimate interest enabling us to process ceases, or until you raise an objection to the processing, or until you withdraw your marketing consent—if you have given us such consent). Further processing will only be possible if we have a legal obligation as the administrator (particularly for tax purposes) and possibly for archival purposes to protect against potential claims (until the statute of limitations for such claims expires).

# Who do we share your data with?

In our operations, we use the services of other collaborating companies, so your data may be entrusted to: the company providing us with software for running the Store, the accounting firm, the hosting provider of our Website, the hosting provider of our email, and other companies whose marketing services and tools we use.

Your data is also shared with courier companies and possibly payment intermediaries to fulfill your order, and these companies are separate data controllers. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you marketing information about our products and/or services, such as news about our offerings, promotions, or special offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in each newsletter or simply by sending us a message.

Our modern email marketing system allows us to analyze recipient actions, meaning we can see whether you have opened a particular message. We analyze this information to better tailor the content of the newsletter and notifications to your interests and to send you personalized messages (profiling). You can object to this processing of your data at any time. If a subscriber has been inactive for 18 months, we may stop sending them the newsletter. In that case, we will remove you from our subscriber list (with prior notice).

Your data is not used to make decisions based on automated processing that could affect your legal situation or have similar significant consequences for you.

ATTACHMENT NO. 1 TO THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE STORE California Auto - LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS USING COOKIES

1. ANALYTICAL COOKIES:
   
   1. We use Google Analytics.
      
      • The information that Google Analytics collects about users includes, for example: how many times a user visits the website; which subpages they visit; the date of their first and last visit; the duration of their visits; the page from which the user came to the website (source of arrival); the browser used by the user; the link that was clicked; the location in the world from which the user accesses the site; anonymized (truncated) IP address, etc.
      • Google assigns each user a unique identifier (the so-called Google ID) and collects data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. We, as the owner of the Website, may receive reports (statistics) from Google related solely to traffic on our Website. These reports only include individuals who have consented to having their visits recorded by Google Analytics on our Website.

   2. Cookies from the Software Provider of Our Store
      
      • The software provider that powers our Store—specifically, the owner of the platform shoper.pl—places cookies on our Site to collect aggregated information about how customers use online stores (such as opened subpages and time spent on them, viewed products, clicks on the Store page, and analytical information regarding purchases, e.g., conversion rates).
      • This data is used to create aggregated reports for online store owners, containing general (non-personal) information about what products interest customers of a given store, during which periods of the year there is increased traffic or sales, etc. This allows sellers (including us) to improve their stores and optimize sales processes.

2. ADVERTISING COOKIES
   
   1. We Use Google Ads and Other Google Advertising Tools
      
      • Google collects data on its servers from the cookies placed on your device. This data is gathered from all websites where you have allowed the use of cookies for advertising purposes by Google (including our website), as well as from the ads you have clicked on. Google uses this information to display advertisements on other websites you visit. Typically, cookies from Google expire after three months.
      • As advertisers using Google services, we do not have access to the data from the cookies stored on your device. However, we can target ads to audience groups with selected characteristics, such as all individuals who visited our website (or a specific subpage) in the last 7 days. This data serves only as statistical material for us, and we place ads solely based on aggregate criteria (for specific target groups, not for individual users).
      • We can also use tools within the Google Marketing Platform that allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (e.g., how many people clicked on a particular ad within a specific time frame).

   2. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Conversion Pixel
      
      • We use the so-called 'conversion pixel' (remarketing pixel) from Meta to manage ads on Facebook and Instagram.
      • If you consent to the use of this cookie on our Website, Meta Platforms will receive information through this tool that you have visited our Website. This information is linked to your profile on the respective service, if you have one. If you are not a user of these services, the information is assigned to a so-called 'Facebook ID' created for you.
      • This allows us to place ads on Facebook and Instagram targeted at people who have already visited our Website or specific subpages (remarketing). We then receive only statistical data from Meta Platforms regarding the effectiveness of the ads (e.g., how many people saw our ad, how many clicked on it), without reference to individual users.

   3. Email marketing
      
      • For the purposes of our newsletter, we use a tool provided by an external company.
